Update to Tyms pricing plans 2024

At Tyms, we are committed to continuously improving our services to better support your business needs without any hindrance. 

We are writing to inform you of some important updates to our pricing plans that will take effect starting August 2024 for new customers and at the point of next renewal for existing customers.

What's changing?

Introducing 1 month free trial (no restrictions):

As a fresh account owner without any subscription or trial history, you will now be able to try any of plans free for one month without restrictions or limitations. This will also come with free onboarding and migration support.

Removal of the Micro Plan:

We will be discontinuing the Micro plan (i.e NGN 2,500 and equivalent in other currencies). This decision allows us to focus on enhancing the features and services of our other plans to better serve you at a cost that works well with us to deliver such value.
